Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.

During product launches, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 Business Days (if available)

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 Business Days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

UNVEIL® is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • UNVEIL® is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be reshipped.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.

  • Duties
  • Customs fees
  • Brokerage fees
